Face to face, phone and Zoom readings are a 30 minute sessions that can be recorded for you and are conducted in Cairns, Sydney and Adelaide.

Face to face readings are ONLY one on one, strictly no children allowed in the readings.

Please note that International clients are Zoom readings only. All appointment times on the calendar are Australian Eastern Standard Time (Queensland). Please see the link below to help you calculate the time difference in your location.

If you cannot attend your appointment please let us know asap and we will refund your deposit or transfer it to a new appointment time for you.

We do not issue tickets for workshops or events.  Once your payment has been received your Paypal receipt becomes your proof of purchase. Please note that if you need to cancel 24 hours notice is required for the full refund to be issued.

EVENTS
Recording, Transmission and Exhibition

From time to time we film our Evening with Spirit events, by purchasing your ticket you agree not to record or transmit, or aid in recording or transmitting, any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event. You grant permission to Alison Maiden/Maiden Heaven Pty Ltd to utilise your image, likeness, actions and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the event (regardless of whether before, during or after the event) in any medium or context without further authorisation or compensation.

If we are filming on the day you have booked and do not wish to be filmed please let us know prior to the event.

Cameras and video/audio recorders are not be permitted at any of our events and please remember to turn mobile phones off, place on silent or on aeroplane mode.
