Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing products or services through this website.
Some products offered on this website are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and refunds cannot be provided once a purchase has been completed.
After purchase, you will receive a link to download your product. Please download and save the file to your device as soon as possible, as download links may expire.
If you experience any difficulty accessing or downloading your purchase within 30 days, please contact info@alisonmaiden.com and we will assist you.
Bookings and Appointments
All private readings and sessions must be booked in advance using the booking system provided on this website.
Appointment times are limited and may book out in advance.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Where possible, we will attempt to reschedule your session.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling.
Session Delivery
Private readings and consultations are considered delivered once the scheduled session has taken place.
Zoom sessions will be conducted at the scheduled appointment time. Sessions may be recorded for the client’s personal reference where possible. Recordings are provided as a courtesy and cannot be guaranteed in the event of technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.
If a recording is unavailable due to technical difficulties, the session itself will still be considered fulfilled.
If a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the session may be considered completed and may not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are available at the scheduled appointment time and have the necessary technology required to attend online sessions.
